A - Yes, Sealife Adventure is open everyday from 10am until between 5pm and 7pm in the evening, depending on the time of year. (Christmas times may vary, and we are closed on Christmas day and boxing day). Last admission is 45 minutes before closing.
A - No, we also have Waves Cafe which serves both light snacks and main meals and a Little Tikes Adventure Towers with ball pool, slides, tunnels, treehouse and a space ship. (Age and height restrictions apply).
Q - Are you just an Aquarium?
Q - What will I see in the Aquarium?
A - Throughout the themed Aquarium you will come face to face with many marine creatures that you would find locally in the Thames Estuary, such as Sharks, Rays, Crabs, Starfish and many more. We also have a vast tropical section with an array of creatures from more exotic waters such as Lionfish, Porcupine Puffer fish and a very famous Clown fish! There is also a nursery area where you will find the newborn and where we treat any poorly residents.
Q - How much time should I allow for my visit to the Aquarium?
A - We recommend allowing at least 1.5 to 2 hours for your visit through the Aquarium. This gives you time to see all the displays and attend any of our hosted encounters and feeding sessions. When visiting the Little Tikes Adventure Towers we recommend allowing an hour for this and time for a bite to eat or a nice cup of tea in ours waves cafe. All in all we suggest you give yourselves at least 2.5 to 3 hours. However entrance to the Aquarium and Little Tikes Adventure Towers is valid all day so you can come and go as you please, why not stay all day!
Q - Is there parking nearby?
A- Yes, there is a council owned pay and display public car park next to our building. This also has two "free to badge holder" Disabled bays.
