There are ladies and gents toilets with wheelchair accessible lavatories and baby changing facilities at the far west end of the park under the Southend Radio building, under the entrance slope on the east side of the park (adjacent to Green Scream), and at the far east end of the park by the Jungle Jive Cafe. All of our toilets have been awarded five stars by the Loo Of The Year awards.

Situated on the corner of the main office building on the west side, near the Sk8Borda and American Whip rides, this is where all queries about Adventure Island are dealt with.

There is a recommended meeting point on the Dock & Quay area in the centre of the park. If your group is splitting up it’s always a good idea to arrange a meeting place and time first.

There are coach set-down bays directly outside the main west side entrance.

The Park always has trained first aid staff on site. The main medical centre is situated at the far west end of the park near Southend Radio.

Customer lockers are provided near the wristband sales offices on the west side. Please ask Customer Services for more information.

Any lost children should go to Customer Services. Our security team will endeavour to reunite families as quickly as possible.

Seating is available throughout the park. Picnic tables are provided near food outlets, or for a quiet seating area try the Dock & Quay in the centre of the park.
