This is the easiest way to have a worry-free day at Adventure Island. No traffic jams, no roadworks, no parking, no hassle!

Simply find your way to your nearest participating c2c or National Express East Anglia rail station. Purchase your ticket at the ticket office by asking for an Adventure Island Ticket. This will be either a Big Adventure Band ticket at £23 - for everyone over 1.2 metres tall - or a Junior Band ticket at £17 for everyone under 1.2 metres. You will receive two special travel tickets per person: an outward bound and an inward bound. When you reach Southend Central or Southend Victoria, keep your outward bound ticket.

You will exchange this for your Ride Band at Adventure Island.

The inward bound ticket you will retain for your home journey. The price of the ride band is all you will pay, your rail travel is free. Offer starts from April 2011 and runs on all orange days until the end of October.

Most railway stations have ample parking for a very nominal fee, so that’s one less thing to worry about!
