Q. When are 'peak' and 'off-peak' times?
A. Off-peak times are the yellow days on the calendar, in the winter months. These are the quieter times of the year when the
park will be open for shorter hours. Peak times are the orange days, and the park will be closing after 8pm on these days.
Q. How do I book a group booking?
A. Simple! If you wish you can provisionally book well in advance. Call us on 01702 443400 for more information.
Q. Do I have to pay in advance?
A. Yes, for the biggest discounts you need to book and pay in advance. If you are paying with a credit/debit card by phone, it
needs to be at least 5 days prior to your visit. Group discounts are available for groups of 10+ on the day but the savings aren't
as big. For more information about on the day prices give us a call.
Q. Can I add to my pre-booked group on the day of our visit?
A. Yes. Call in at Customer Services on the day and we will issue you with extra vouchers at the same group rate you've
already paid.
Q. After I have booked will you send me my wristbands?
A. No, we will send you a confirmation letter but we cannot send wristbands in the post. We will issue you vouchers which you
can collect from Customer Services when you arrive on the day. You then exchange these vouchers for wristbands at the sales
offices. This way, there is no risk of wristbands being lost or mislaid.
Q. How do the height restrictions affect group visits?
A. If most of your group are 5/6 years and upwards, the Big Adventure Band is the option to choose. This is for all guests over
1.2 metres tall. For guests under 1.2 metres choose Junior or Mini bands. Don't worry too much if it's not totally accurate as we
can up or downgrade the bands at Customer Services on the day. The Big Adventure Band allows you on all 32 rides, but
doesn't inculde pay-as-you-play attractions like Dodgems, Formula AI Karting, Adventure Golf etc. These all carry an additional
charge.
Q. What happens if we lose someone?
A. We offer the option of colour coded baseball caps when you book, which are £3 each. This helps to identify your group at a
glance and keep track of everyone. We've operated this on our very popular Birthday Adventure parties for several years with
great success. Also, if you leave your mobile number with Customer Services when you arrive, we can contact you if one of
your group is lost.
Q. Are there any meal options?
A. You can buy your meals when you book. We offer meal vouchers at a group discount rate! This can save the hassle of
bringing loads of packed lunches with you.
