Toilets

There are ladies and gents toilets with wheelchair accessible toilets and baby changing facilities at the far west end of the park under Southend Radio, under the entrance slope on the east side of the park (adjacent to the Green Scream), and at the far east end of the park by the Jungle Jive Cafe. All of our toilets have been recently refurbished and are cleaned and maintained by a dedicated team.

 

Customer Services

Situated on the corner of the main office building on the west side, near the Sk8Borda and American Whip rides. All queries about Adventure Island are handled here.

 

Meeting Point

There is a recommended meeting point located on the Dock & Quay area in the centre of the park. If your group is splitting up it's always a good idea to arrange a meeting point first.

 

Coach Set Down Point

There are coach set-down bays directly outside the main entrance on the west side.

 

First Aid

The park always has trained first aid staff in attendance. The main medical centre is situated at the far west end of the park near Southend Radio.

Lockers

Customer lockers are provided near the wristband office building on the west side. Please ask at Customer Services for more information.

 

Lost Children

Any lost children should go to Customer Services. Our security team will attempt to reunite families as quickly as possible.

 

Seating

Seating is available throughout Adventure Island. Picnic tables are provided near food outlets, and for a quiet seating area, try the Dock & Quay in the centre of the park.
