Minimum party size is just 10 children.
Q. Why are there two different price parties?
A. The park has two different pricing schemes, peak and off-peak. Off-peak parties are only available in the
winter months. They are exactly the same as peak parties but on occasion, there may be a ride or two that is
not in operation.
Q. What is the role of the party host?
A. The party host is there to add fun to the proceedings. They will organise the party and guide them on to the
rides. They will also assist you and your adult helpers with the group (you receive one free wristband for an
adult helper with every five children in the party). The party host cannot take sole responsibility for the children.
Q. If a party guest doesn't turn up, can I use the wristband voucher another time?
A. Yes. Any wristband voucher not used on the day can be used at any time during the year.
Q. Does the wristband allow you on everything in the park?
A. The Party wristband allows you on every ride (32 at our last count and that number's rising!) subject to
height restrictions. The wristbands do not include Pay-as-you-Play attractions such as Adventure Golf,
Formula AI Karting, Water Wars, Dodgems etc. These carry an additional charge.
Q. After the party has finished, can we still go on the rides using our wristbands?
A. Absolutely! You can carry on the fun (without the party host, of course) until the park closes.
Q. What happens if we lose someone?
A. The colour coded baseball caps help with keeping your group together, but when you arrive please leave
your mobile number with Customer Services. That way, in the event of an emergency or if one of your guests
is reported lost, we can call you straight away.
